Shipping Information:  

Within the US, orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 2-5 days and costs $3. If you require rush delivery, please contact me before purchase to confirm processing time and expedited delivery options/costs.

For international orders, please contact me for an accurate shipping quote based on your purchase.

If you prefer shipping via UPS or FedEx, please contact me for options as I am happy to accommodate requests whenever possible.

Return/Exchange Information:

The goal is for all eyelidcanvas customers to be thrilled with their one of a kind purchases. In the event that you receive a piece that does not meet your expectations, I am happy to make an exchange within 14 days of your purchase date.  Please contact me to arrange the return of the item in its original condition, and to make your exchange selection.  I can also issue you a gift certificate to use as credit toward a future purchase.

Due to the nature of custom orders, no credits or exchanges will be issued on custom jewelry orders.

Special Requests:

If you have a special request such as alternate chain length (useful guide below), shipping an order as a gift with a personal message, swapping out a type of stone (when applicable), jewelry maintenance/repairs, additional photographs/information about a certain piece for sale, details about how a piece was created, etc, please email me at info@eyelidcanvas.com.  I welcome your requests and strive to accommodate whenever possible.
